clinical supervision & case consultation

I am a Trauma-Informed Expressive Therapist, ex-School Counsellor (10 years+ international school setting), and workshop facilitator offering training in Expressive Therapies with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and clinicians across therapeutic, educational, and community settings. My work is grounded in expressive therapies, symbol work, and relational practice, with a strong emphasis on safety, attunement, and ethical care.

I draw on a multi-modal expressive arts framework alongside developmental, attachment-informed, somatic, and trauma-responsive approaches. My clinical interests include emotional regulation, anxiety, neurodiversity, grief and loss, sexuality/gender issues and the use of symbol and metaphor for non-verbal and embodied processing.

As a supervisor and consultant, I offer a reflective, collaborative space that supports both clinical skill development and the therapist’s personal and professional wellbeing. I am particularly attuned to issues of burnout, vicarious trauma, ethical complexity, and the emotional impact of the work. My supervision style is relational, thoughtful, and strengths-based, encouraging curiosity, self-reflection, and confidence in clinical decision-making.

I provide clinical supervision and case consultation for counsellors, therapists, educators, and expressive arts practitioners seeking support with case conceptualisation, intervention planning, ethical dilemmas, and integrating expressive and trauma-informed approaches into their work.

I offer regular in-person groups at my studio in Chinatown (50b Smith Street) for those trained in Expressive Therapies (max 8 participants).

I offer individual sessions either online or in-person. For more details click the button below to email me.
