
Ryan is a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s transitions and challenges. He holds a degree in Social Work and Psychology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling.
Ryan works with clients on a wide range of concerns, including work and life transitions, mental wellbeing issues such as anxiety, stress, depression and grief, relationship challenges, and supporting transgender individuals through gender exploration and transition.
To support deep and meaningful change, Ryan integrates a range of therapeutic approaches, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Symbol Work and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. Through this integrative approach, clients are supported to:
- Share and process emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express in words
- Explore and reconcile different parts of themselves, moving towards self-compassion and empowerment
- Release self-doubt, judgement and shame in order to realise their potential
- Unburden parts that carry pain and emotional distress
- Cultivate mindfulness and grounding to restore a sense of calm and balance
Ryan believes that every person has the capacity to realise their full potential through empathic understanding, guided self-discovery and alignment with their authentic self. He warmly invites you to begin a journey of self-exploration and growth.
